The disc line
Four patterns, every soil
Pattern, concavity and diameter decide how a disc cuts, penetrates and moves material. Ours are rolled from boron steel and edge-hardened, so the disc keeps a working edge through its wear life instead of rounding off early.
- ·Boron steel, edge-hardened — hardness where the cut happens, toughness in the disc body against stone impact
- ·Smooth, notched, wavy and slotted patterns — from clean cutting in soft ground to aggressive handling of hard, residue-laden material
- ·Concavity matched to the job — shallow for cutting and mixing, deep for turning and moving material
- ·Standard bores and bolt circles — square, round and flanged centers, ready to mount
- ·Full diameter range — per implement class, with custom drilling available

Fit per implement model
Discs are supplied by dimension, not brand: diameter, thickness, concavity, pattern and center type (round, square or flanged bore, with the bolt circle when applicable) define the fit for any implement in the market.
Have the disc in hand? Send diameter, center type and pattern — or simply the implement brand and model — and we confirm the exact replacement.
