The edge that does the grading
A motor grader or dozer is only as accurate as its cutting edge. As the edge rounds off, blade pressure climbs, the operator makes extra passes and fuel is spent grinding instead of cutting. Our edges are rolled from boron steel and through-hardened, so the edge wears flat and slow — not chipped and ragged.
- ·Quenched-and-tempered boron steel — hardness through the full section, not a thin surface layer
- ·Straight, curved and serrated profiles — for graders, dozers, scrapers and loader lips
- ·Matching corner end bits — the corners take the hardest wear; replace them without replacing the edge
- ·Standard hole patterns — direct bolt-on fit, reversible edges double the service life
- ·Cut to length and drilled to drawing — including double-bevel and heat-treated custom edges
